There was not a lot of running going on this week. Why? 2 reasons:

  1. Weather
  2. Sickness

Toward the end of the week it turned SUPER cold and wind and even snowy, and frankly, this nearly 29 week pregnant momma wasn’t in the mood for cold and slippery sidewalks.

And, I was recovering from being sick. From having a cold and sinus infection that plagued me with pretty bad headaches. FINALLY my headaches are gone, though – after almost a week of having them, I think my sinus infection is one.

Here is my weekly mileage:

That being said, I did get in one measly outdoor run this week (as you can see above – the 3.3 mi outside), in addition to quite a few walks on the treadmill where it was warm and not slippery.

We had a snow storm and cold weather come through Thursday night, so it looks like I may be inside again for a few more days. Ugh. Hoping spring and some warmer temps come soon!

Some questions for you:

  • Did you get snow and cold again this week?
  • When was the last time you had a sinus infection?

We were sort of spared the ridiculous weather the East Coast had but last night snow/wind whipped through here again and everything is covered. I suppose March will do that. Hope you’re feeling better. Knock wood, no sinus infections here, so far.

22 miles is pretty admirable, considering everything! I have run with a sinus infection. I take Sudafed, which “gives me wings”! It is my go-to for congestion and head pressure and really helps me power through my day.

    Feel better!

Sorry to hear that you have been sick. Even though you didn’t get many runs in, at least you still got some walks in. We had horrible weather this past weekend as well, and I heard we are getting more miserable weather this week as well. Spring can not get here any quicker.

Hope you feel better soon! I’ve never had a sinus infection but sounds horrible. No snow this week but it is still cold/chilly here and I am ready for warmer weather.
