Every Day I’m Treadmilling

Well, winter finally arrived in Cleveland. It was a cold, dark and we had our first real snowstorm. I know it’s January, but I’m still not ready for it to be like this. I prefer 30+ degrees and dry ground for me to run on. I  decided to ignore the elements this week, and instead of running outside, I stayed indoors, did some kettlebells, did some abs and ran on the treadmill.

The week went like this:

Sunday: REST day! I took the day off and instead went for a few walks. I still wanted to meet my step goal (11,000 steps), but didn’t want to go for a run.

Monday: 4 treadmill miles

Tuesday: 4.12 treadmill miles

Wednesday: 4.31 treadmill miles

Thursday: 3.33 treadmill miles

Friday: 5.22 treadmill miles

Saturday:   4 miles

Total mileage: 24.98 miles running

Highlights from the week:

I watched all of Emily in Paris on the treadmill this week. I was looking for an easy watch and it was exactly what I wanted for what was a stressful week.

Monday I had off from work, so I was able to take a long walk with the kids. We went to a place that had a dry path and got in a few miles before grabbing some lunch.

Questions for you:

  • Do you watch Emily in Paris? Any recommendations of what to watch next?
  • Now that it’s 2022, do you have any new fitness plans?

Loved the second season of Emily in Paris so much! She is fantastic and the outfits?! I have such a hard time running on the treadmill. Kudos to you for getting it done!

All that treadmill work! You are a rockstar!
I don’t watch much TV. I am trying to get back into The Witcher season 2, but it’s been rough with the boys at home. I will try again next week.

We’ve got three more episodes left of season 2 — we’ll probably knock them out this week. It’s such fun fluff. I hopped on my treadmill this week too. I enjoy the chance to do interval workouts I don’t do running with Scooby. 😉

30+ and dry ground would make winter so much more palatable.
I don’t know Emily in Paris — but I loved Lupin. Not much of a TV person

I love Emily in Paris! I space the shows out so I’ll have something fun to watch when I use my treadmill.
