We had a fun summery activity-filled week with celebrations for my youngest’s birthday, a Guardians game, and a house party … and I ran almost 50 miles in one week (not one sitting, I’m not an ultramarathoner)! So once again, it was a good week of running, weight lifting, swimming, walking. I don’t think I’ll have such a high mileage week again anytime soon, but it was good while it lasted!
