Happy Friday! I’m excited to be joining in my first Life In Pictures Link Up. Yes, I know I just did a WIAW Link Up – but while I’m on a roll, here’s another one. This is a little different – it’s not all food. It’s just a glimpse at a day in my life – with NO WORDS … or maybe just  a few words because you know I can’t just not say anything.

Fit Fed and Happy

This was my Monday. It included a chillier than usual day, a run in the morning, a “catered” breakfast at work, the start of our office step challenge and of course some work and a walk (hey, I’m in a step challenge!).

    Linkups are my favorite because I don’t have to think of what to write 😉
    I have a similar picture of your post-dinner walk but my picture ended up all blurry when I was there on Tuesday night! Darn! Looks like you had a wonderful week!

    1. Wow, it was a chilly and humid day. Did it rain the night before?
    2. amazing salad! Is that cranberries or black beans on top?
    3.Looks like you study some kind of PR marketing? 4. OMG ZOODLES. I have yet to purchase a spiralizer but I really want one. How do zoodles compare to noodles/pasta in terms of texture?
