50/50 Inside/Outside

This week was cold, snowy, and sometimes icy, and not really conducive to running. When it wasn’t super cold or snowy, I went outside and run (even in the snow) but when it was sleeting and feels like temps in the negative, I opted inside. That meant I got in 3 runs inside and 3 runs outside. I really can’t wait until it’s spring and I can train for the Cleveland half marathon challenge outdoors!

Here’s a look at this week’s runs:

Some highlights-

It was a cold and snowy week, but I still managed to get outside for half my runs! As long as it wasn’t snowing or SUPER cold, I made it outside. That meant Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday I got outside.

I took over the Cleveland Marathon Instagram account on  Tuesday! The whole day, I was featured on their stories and posted about me, my day, and anything really running related.

  1. I’ve never been to Cleveland, but have heard good things about the marathon weekend. I might have to consider getting there 🙂

  2. I did the RnR Cleveland in 2013 so for now don’t plan to run in OH. Hopefully once I am done with my goal then I can venture out to run in states I’ve already run in. Great job on running 6 days this week!

  3. I would opt for inside in the sleet, too! Yuck!

Instagram takeovers are so much fun. We do them for St. Augustine Moms and they are just so great!

Cleveland is supposed to be such a great race. It’s on my maybe list for the future, but I won’t be ready for a big event for quite some time. Can’t wait to read about your experience!
